We use Canada Post for your shipments and provide full tracking information.
If an order is placed on regular business days (excluding Saturdays, Sundays and Statutory Holidays), it will be processed and shipped within three business days.
Canada Post attempts delivery once at your location. However, if delivery is unsuccessful, a notification will be left at your door and parcel will be dropped off at the nearest Retail Postal Outlet. You will have 10 business days to pick it up before the parcel is returned to us.
Please note that no shipping charges will be refunded for returned items.
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with the tracking number. Within the email, there is a link to the Canada Post website, follow the link to track your order after it leaves our facility.
